At Cross Timbers Veterinary Center & Boarding Facility, our Animal Care Technicians work hard to keep all the animals safe, happy and healthy. We provide a warm and friendly environment for your pets while you are away. Our boarding facility offers space for all sizes of dogs and cats. All of our boarding areas are heated and cooled for maximum comfort during your pet’s stay. We have a large, fenced area for playtime. Our staff will treat your pets like you would want.
Canine & Feline Boarding Rates
Single
$38/night
Our small dog boarding area is fully air-conditioned and heated. All occupants are housed in a clean, comfortable, and secure cage. Pets are looked after all day long and get lots of attention from our Animal Care Technicians.
K9 Single (up to 25lbs) $38/night – additional pets $19/night

Double
$40/night
Our medium dog boarding area is fully air-conditioned and heated. All occupants are housed in a clean, comfortable, and secure cage. Pets are looked after all day long and get lots of attention from our Animal Care Technicians.
K9 Double (25-50lbs) $40/night – additional pets $20/night

Large Dog Runs
$42/night
Our large dog boarding area is fully air-conditioned and heated. All occupants are housed in a clean, comfortable, and secure run. Pets are looked after all day long and get lots of attention from our Animal Care Technicians.
K9 Run (up to 150lbs) $42/night – additional pets $21/night

Feline Boarding
$29.50*/night
Our Feline boarding area is fully air-conditioned and heated in a “cat-only” room. All occupants are housed in a clean, comfortable, and secure cage. Litter boxes are changed TWICE daily. Pets are looked after all day long and get lots of attention from our Animal Care Technicians.
Feline 1 story (2 pets max) $29.50/night – additional pets $13/night
Feline 2 story (2 cats) $59.50/night – additional pets $16/night
Feline 3 story (3 cats) $78/night – additional pets $16/night
Isolation

Boarding Information
- Boarding accommodations are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis for established clients whose pets have had a medical exam with our Doctors within the past 12 months.
- If you are new to our facility, please make an appointment 2-3 weeks ahead of your planned visit so our Doctors can make sure your pet is healthy enough for boarding and update any required vaccines or testing.
- To protect our boarding animals from illness, we require that all dogs and cats be current on vaccines and testing (to our hospital standards) before boarding admission.
- We encourage pet owners to bring their pet’s normal food to avoid stomach problems. If you prefer us to feed our stomach-sensitive kennel diet, a $2/night charge will be assessed for each pet.
- Canine boarders staying 7 nights or more will receive a complimentary bath before leaving. Other boarders staying 2 nights or longer will be offered baths at 50% off of the regular price.
- We always welcome pets requiring regular daily medications. Please bring a legible list of the medications in their original containers. There will be a fee of $2.50/night for medication administration (Additional pets – ½ the price of 1st pet when sharing a space).
- We strongly discourage boarding puppies under 16 weeks of age. If required, please call our staff for accommodations and pricing.
